Mr. Baham, an outstanding clinical social worker, provides excellence in the management of the various programs and services provided through the Richmond office. Chris has been with NCG since 2001, and as an LCSW and an ordained minister he brings to the company a myriad of knowledge and experience in the areas of mental health and pastoral care. Additionally, Chris is a graduate of Auburn University in Civil Engineering. Heeding a higher call to make a difference in the lives of the people around him, he pursued dual master degrees in the fields of pastoral care and social work. These degrees have been awarded from Baptist Theological Seminary in Richmond, and Virginia Commonwealth University. While at VCU, Mr. Baham was recognized by his peers through the presentation of the Outstanding Service Award in recognition of outstanding service contributed to the School of Social Work. Believing in the values of NCG, Chris is dedicated to the provision of quality services to our community, thereby effecting positive social change, one client at a time. In any situation, Chris believes that there is always hope.
